How does the laser treatment work?
The Candela laser is different to traditional methods due to its unique ability to selectively treat the tattoo or pigmented lesion. Thus, it will eliminate the tattoo or pigment while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged.
The laser creates a beam of high intensity light that penetrates gently into the skin, the effect on the target is that the beam of light breaks up the ink and pigment. This is achieved through the innovative Q-Switched laser-pumped-laser system that powers the AlexTriVantage.
