Candela uses Personal Information in order to provide the highest level of customer service to our prospects, customers, investors and users in general.  For instance, customers or ours provide their consent to allow us to list their practice as a customer, which thereby attempts drive additional business to our customers.  Personal Information is collected in order to allow Candela to contact you, provide materials to you upon your request, register you, allow you access into proprietary systems, facilitate future e-commerce transactions, etc.  In short, we use the Personal Information to respond to an individual’s request or direction, and for any other purposes identified when the information is collected.  At times, Candela may use Personal Information obtained in order to update a user on information relating to Candela products or services.  Candela will not use your Personal Information in ways unrelated to the ones described above (or where the Personal Information is requested) without first obtaining your permission.

We need your help in making sure your personal information is correct in our systems or files. Please notify us of changes to your name, address, title, phone number or email address.  Customer’s having access to MyCandela can update this information by logging into MyCandela.  In the alternative, customers and others may submit a request form or notify us at webmaster@candelalaser.com.  

To aid in processing your request, please include the following details:
    -    Contact information (your name, address, email, etc.)
    -    Details of the request (e.g. change of email address, unsubscribe from a newsletter, review of my personal information, etc.)

Please note that we may require additional information to authenticate your identity when you request access to Personal Information.
